Electronic medical records are utilized for the collection, storage, processing, and swift, accurate access of medical data, leveraging technological advancements. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning medical records on the effectiveness of healthcare services. The research method employed is normative juridical, utilizing a descriptive analysis approach through literature review. Findings indicate that administrative sanctions, such as written warnings or recommendations for revoking accreditation status, will be imposed on healthcare facilities that fail to comply with or violate provisions regarding the implementation of electronic medical records within the timeframe specified in Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022. Additionally, limitations in infrastructure, as well as network instability and connectivity issues, also pose challenges that may lead to system disruptions or errors at various points in time.
